This time i first tried xev, after a while keyboard started showing up there if
i held a key pressed over half a second. After that keys kind of responded very
laggy in konsole. Resizing windows had no effect, other than causing even
klauncher and menus to lag for a while.
Then i went to the accessibility settings, disabled slow keys and kde started
working ok again, note that i have NOT kept any key pressed for long, and
didn't see that dialog pop up. In fact  the keyboard was already dead when i
started kde the last times.
I will leave slow keys disabled now and see if that makes the problem go
away,which might be another clue :)
