Whoa that bug id is nasty! It used to happen before(on interpid) where one of
my cores was always going at 100% with X taking most of it and the answer I
usually got from irc was "ati drivers sucks". I had disabled effects
afterwards. Looks dangerous if you have overclocked your gpu.

Are there any gui automation tools to select the combination of these effects
and get the benchmarks? Triggering these problems are quite tedious.
