Summary: KDE Daemon (kded4), signal SIGSEGV - crash
           Product: kde
           Version: 4.2.2
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: thelaughingbear at hotmail.com

Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

using network management, I tried to establish a connection to the internet,
after up-grading to Kubuntu 9.04.
It was a struggle to connect, so I tried different options in the connection
window of the network manager. In my haste I made a few mistakes in the
configuration, so it did not connect right away. However, I did notice that
eventually I ended up with the same connection listed 4 times in the manager.
The computer ended up connecting and disconnecting, asking me to log back in
rapidly a few times, until I had to turn it off.
After reboot, I clued in that all the wrong configurations I tried were saved
up individually and the computer seem to rotate through every connection
configuration I tried.
The solution here would be that unsuccessful or wrong configuration would not
be saved.
As of right now, I still have 4 listings of the same network, but now I
configured them all the same. I have no idea how to delete the ones I do not
need.
Hope this was not too confusing.
Thanx for all the work
