OK, using the auto-generate form does not seem to grab the version or target.

I am using trunk - svn revision listed from kdebase is 962595.  

I am using Debian unstable with QT version 4.5.1 from the sid repos.

libc6 is 2.9-9
xine is 1.1.16.3-1

Looking at the bug report again and it looks like most of this is in the krash
report.  Since the first couple lines mentioned libc6, xine, and QT, I provide
the version numbers I am using (they are from Debian Sid as well.)
