Have all issues that are blocking user migration from KDE3 to KDE4 block this
bug. It is for regressions that are serious enough (by themselves or together
with other issues here) to make users stay with KDE3 instead of upgrading to
KDE4. (Please no discussion here about whether a particular bug should be
considered a blocker. Discuss it at that bug instead.)
