All KDE Applications crash with the error message like:

"freeaddrinfo" wasn't found in "WS2_32.dll"

(German error message: Der Prozedureinsprungspunkt "freeaddrinfo" wurde in der
DLL "WS2_32.dll" nicht gefunden.)
