KPackage lays dormant in kdeadmin since years. We have KPackageKit now.
I suggest to remove KPackage from kdeadmin in Trunk for KDE 4.4. If anybody is
interested to pick up KPackage again he/she can still access the source code
from a branch (4.2/4.3).
