The debug packages are only meant to help if your application crashes.

You can attach the image by saving it to your harddrive first and by then using
the "Add an attachment" function on the bug.

Please also choose the correct product and component for your bug (usually
product is the application that has the bug, component is the part of the
application that has the bug). The "bugs.kde.org" component is only meant for
reporting bugs with the bug tracking system (ie. this site).

If you are not sure if what you witnessed is a bug or not, you can post a
request to forum.kde.org. They will be able to figure out what to do (ie. file
a bug report or do something else to make the error go away).

As additional hint, you shouldn't put your mail address inside the bug report.
It will be available automatically and like you did it above, it will be
available to web spiders who might pick it up to send spam to you.
