Please add an option to have lists and selections highlighted when moused over.
When mousing over a list, the item hovered over should be highlighted. This is
for Kmail's Folder Pane and List Pane, Basket's Basket Tree, Kate's Bookmarks
and Files panes, KAddressBook's contact list, etc. Basically, anything item
from a list of similar items will be highlighted on mouseover. This can be
considered an accessibility issue as well as useability. Konqueror and the KDE
Panel already do this for icons. Kate does something similar for the line with
the cursor.
