Same here. It seems that Copy to clipboard from a KDE application puts garbage
into the clipboard. When pasting into another application, just a few weird
signs appear, and Thunderbird sometimes even crashed on pasting.

After a fresh login, this first works as normal. Just after a few copy&paste
operations the problems start.

It also happened while running klipper. I tried to clear the clipboard using
klipper then, but it still didn't work afterwards.
