I have an external HDMI-1 monitor and when I set a dual-head configuration with
xrandr, the external monitor flickers. 

This happens especially when running a non-KDE app like firefox or a citrix
client etc. It also happens if a window is maximis/zed on the external monitor.

This used to be an issue some time ago and it was resolved by turning off the
RANDR detection service in systemsettings.

However, after 4.2 beta 2, this has gone in the "Load on demand services". 

Until this is fixed, is there a way to turn off the service from "Load on
demand" list?
