There is no option in the SystemSettings->Keyboard & Mouse -> Global Keyboard
Shortcuts to add custom applications.

For eg. I wanted to have a global shortcut key combination assigned to "System
Monitor" application, but there is no option available for that.

I think such an option would be really helpful.
