When I start KDE4.2 (archlinux's kdemod) I get several kmenu (kickoff) icons.
This started when I changed from kickoff appearance to classical and then back
to kickoff appearance. And whenever I do this I think it launches more and more
kmenu icons at startup. I always have to erase the extra icons manually when I
start kde.
