Whereas the QT4 qtconfig program says "Please use the KDE control center to set
the palette". The font seems to not be set too.

Bug #168228 seems to be a duplicate for the color part, but it is closed as
"resolved" with no comments. At least these bugs are not solved in KDE 4.2.
