The backtrace is useless as you don't have "debug info" useful to triage and
discover where the crash happened.
If you can reproduce the crash at will, may you read
http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports
and post a complete backtrace here? 
(You may need to install "kdelibs5-dbg","kdebase4-runtime-dbg",
"kdebase4-workspace-dbg" and some phonon package)

BTW: selecting the devices on SystemSettings/Multimedia may help you to use
OSS.
