This is the "delete re-accouring events" in korganizer.

The real problem is that the direction of the text, or the layoutDirection() is
set to Qt::LeftToRight instead of Qt::RightToLeft. It seems wierd, and
something else is borked... the direction should be inherited from the main
window, which is RTL in this case.
