I use en_US.UTF-8 and when I do a search in the web from the console, for
example using Google,

konqueror "gg:\"MISIA\" \"以心伝心\" lyrics"

konqueror opens and search in Google for

"MISIA" "以心伝心" lyrics

Ok, that's fine, but when I use kfmclient

kfmclient openURL "gg:\"MISIA\" \"以心伝心\" lyrics"

konqueror opens and search in Google for

"MISIA" "以�?�?�?" lyrics
