Most of the problems have been fixed with KDE-PIM 4.2.0.

There is still one problem with dbus files: they are installed in
KDE4_DBUS_INTERFACES_DIR instead of DBUS_INTERFACES_INSTALL_DIR.
An updated patch will be attached.
