Some KDE apps like Konsole and Kopete buddy list have the option to hide
scrollbars. It would be good to have an option that would work for ALL KDE apps
like Amarok and Kopete IM window.

This would be useful for anyone with a laptop that has scrolling on the
trackpad and/or a mouse with a scroll wheel.
