The Noia icon theme is probably designed to use with KDE SC 3, which had a
different icon naming scheme. So, when using it on KDE SC 4, it doesn't find
all the icons and shows the "unknown" ones. 
This needs to be "fixed" in the Noia icon theme directly (if the author wants
to use this theme with KDE SC 4)
We can't do anything as we don't have relation with that icon theme.
