What list are you talking about?

KDE does not have a "recently installed applications" menu, this is an openSUSE
specific extension.

You should not say "compiled from source", when you actually use openSUSE
provided packages. Please file this bug report to bugzilla.novell.com

For the desktop focus problems, please file a separate bug report, stating the
exact problems you have.
