I should probably report this in the Ubuntu bug tracker, but it is a KDE
problem also, so...

In the KDE installed from the Ubuntu repositories, none of the "Help -> Report
Bug..." menu items are working.

When I click on "Report Bug..." nothing happens. No error message and no
"Launch bug report wizard" dialog comes up. 

Same thing in konqueror, kate, konsole, dolphin, etc.
