This is a messy one to identify/fix.
It should probably be splitted into separate reports (one per product) to
tracked them down easily...

In any case, about kded4.. it is just a helper app to run several daemons. You
can select which daemons to run at System Settings/Advanced tab/Service
Manager.
You could try to disable one by one, all the services, and check if that helps
a bit.. May be you can find the guilty service.. (if the leak is service
related)

Plasma could have a different situation...
