Summary: Start-up delay when no Internet access
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: marcinkocur at op.pl

Version: (using KDE 4.3.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Unlisted Binary Package

When I start my PC for first time in the morning I have to plug in also a
router which gives me Internet access. Unfortunately, my Arch Linux is starting
quite faster than router synchronises the Internet access and when it goes to
loading KDE, I have to wait until the router is ready because all disc
activities stops and nothing happens.
