since kde 4.3 it seems to occur a lot more often to me. Fortunately there's the
workaround of righ clicking on a window title bar and choosing 'move the
window', which indeed unblock the situation.

I agree with comment #105, to me it is not related to slow keys. It often
(always?) happen when i switch window or desktop. And i do that a lot, and i'm
quite fast at using the keyboard (both typing and switching and such..). Dont
know if it's related...
