New notification system is fine, but some notifications aren't closeable at all
(i.e., no X button on it). It's so difficult to wait for the moment it
disappears especially when the occupied area is important now.

I think it's more useful to make all the notifications closeable to let the
user close it if he already read it or don't want it at the moment.
