It's not possible to resize columns in the "Configure Shortcuts" dialog.
Therefore in some cases you cannot read the name of the action you want to
configure a shortcut for. Other dialog windows are affected too:
- Configure Global Shortcuts
- Configure Notifications

BTW: This feature was already present in KDE 3.5.
