Power Control settings for Display functions in illogical way.

If I try to setup a power control scheme with standby of 30, suspend of 60 and
power off of 120 minutes, I have to go through the settings in reverse order or
else my standby is reset to 6 minutes when entering suspend (60) setting. After
that both standby and suspend are reset to 12 minutes when entering power off
setting (120).
