I have this problem too on opensuse 11.1 kde 4.2.2.
1. User A is logged and run kopete (when kopete is not running all works fine)
2. User B is logged
3. After a while (from 30 seconds to several minutes)  i see the invitation to
enter a password of user A
4. Session of user B is works fine.
5. When two users are logged and i shut down computer, i see a black screen and
all. Computer does not turn off. This happens even when kopete is running.
