I'm a bit clueless about all this man stuff (my kio_man fixes were kioslave
stuff or URL stuff, not man stuff ;).
AFAICS the .so is just a sort of #include? Can't we just implement that in
man2html? Seems like it's a missing feature in man2html, no? Or is this
something that can't possibly be done there?

BTW there is no bashbuiltins.1.gz on my kubuntu, only bash.1.gz and
bashbug.1.gz.
