I have everything in KDE set to the smallest icon size. In KDE 3.5 this is
perfect. In my KDE4-test setting this looks very ugly because there is to much
space around the small icons. I could not find any setting to adjust this.

I have made a screenshot comparing the space around small icons in the KDE
3.5.10 and KDE4.1.1 version.
