IIRC it was said that KControl wasn't ported to KDE 4 because problems occured.
If that is the case, probably the easiest solution is to add a tree view
sidebar to Systemsettings to get back the old way of navigation. It doesn't
seem to be difficult. Are there other things besides the tree navigation that
KControl has and you miss from Systemsettings?
