Maybe we should file a bug report about the missing files.

Anyone here who has a clue how many man days would be required to get KControl
to a working stage for the KDE4? 

I have to say I'm quite disappointed of KDE4, it's has really nothing new, just
copied stuff from other desktop environments and did the same bad decision as
Gnome2 did with Havoc as the captain.
