Seems that Kubuntu's systemsettings is here to stay and there's not much we can
do about it, not even KDE is immune from politics.
But KControl is in trunk in rev705755, a half-ported KControl3 for KDE4.
I wouldn't mind having KControl at least in extragear, is somebody already
working on something like that?
