If you open the folder-dialogue, i.e. the one where the user can pick a folder
but does not get any filelist (e.g. kmail->save all attachments), it is not
possible to add a folder to the speedbar shown on the left (it might be called
"places" now).

Expected behaviour: dragging a folder to the speedbar creates a shortcut.
