Installed from:    Mandriva RPMs

Run systemsettings.  Select the advanced tab. Select File Associations. Enter
html as the pattern. Expand text tree. Select the text/html mime type.  Select
Add beside the Application Preference Order.  Enter "opera" (without the
quotes) as the command. Select Ok.  After about 45% of the "updating system
configuration, the krash handler opens.
