I understand your reasoning but I disagree -- Konqueror, Dolphin, and SS show
pretty the same content, icons looks the same, labels looks the same, and now
all of the sudden user has to remember exactly which app violates settings and
which does not violate the settings.

UI should be consistent in whole KDE, without taking "short paths".
