I just tried to kompile kdepimlibs and got the info that I would need libical
0.33. I asked in #kontact - this is not true, I need libical 0.33 OR HIGHER.
This is because 0.33 is handed over to a cmake function as minversion. The
output from the cmake macro is missing "or higher" - I attach a patch.
