I've upgraded from KDE3 and found that KDE4 still interprets the "mac style"
menu option from ~/.kde/share/config/. It doesn't work properly and just hides
menu bar from every KDE4 application.

I guess the option should be ignored unless it's fully implemented.

(The current workaround is to edit RC files in ~/.kde/share/config/ manually or
just kill them before installing KDE4.)
