Fixed? this bug still happens in KDE 4.0.4 (F9).

For me, the missing keys are 'c', 'o', and 'q'.

I have to go to [System settings > Keyboard and mouse > Keyboard shortcuts > kded] and turn off the offending keys.

I have to do this *every time* to claim those keys back.
