[Bug 162101] when number of desktops are selected, no matter what number you choose, it defaults back to 3.

 Forgot to mention, running KDE4 installed from Ubuntu/Debian pkg's on a x64 CPU. Have installed KDE4 on this machine although the default desktop with this version is Gnome.
