It says I don't have scaling capabilities, and I'm damn sure I have it!

I can change the governor with cpufreq-set, have all needed modules loaded
(acpi-cpufreq, cpufreq-ondemand, etc.), I'm in the power group.  but solid is
doing some crazy talk :S.
