Description of problem:
when we right clic on kde taskbar (for example icon area notification or
other), a menu is showed, but if we move in same time the cursor mouse, this
menu is badly positionned and when we release mouse button, then actual item
menu is "validate" (for example exit or close), we don't have good control of
this action.

normal action : clic is valide ONLY if button is released, not when it PRESSED
for action (show menu for example), Actually kde show menu when we press mouse
button. it's NEED to change it for a RELEASE button. tested on windows XP : no
bug because all actions are On RELEASE button.

in reality we have 2 bugs in kde (or other?) : 
- if mouse move when we clic, menu or item is badly calculated and showed
(position is not good)
- action clicking is done when buttons are PRESSED.

various action need to be validated by RELEASED button, we need to fix theses 2
bugs type for all applications, or check it, in konqueror file browsing i have
see too this bug(s).


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): kde 3.5.9 for mdv
2008.1, but see too in kde 4.1 cooker 2009.0 


How reproducible:

for clicking :  systematically
for menu :  only (in think) whe mouse mouve at same time we press mouse
(right), but it's not systematically, it's need to have good lucky and clever

Steps to Reproduce:
1.for clicking : PRESS (only) clic (rigth) mouse on taskbar :  menu is showed,
releasing button validate menu
for position of menu bug : move mouse and PRESS clic (rigth) mouse at SAME TIME
: menu (with lucky) is badly position showed, and cursor is directly on a item
menu, releasing (by error for example) validate actual selected item menu

all actions mouse SHOULD be validate/acted only when mouse is RELEASED
(PRESSING should have NO action), and menus showed should control a good
position to prevent bad position from cursor and prevent problem of little move
of cursor mouse (by little hand movment error)

this bug can be easier fixed i think.

ps : hmm....bug of menu position don't affect klipper apparently for my various
tests (actually i can't product it for this application, but only for PRESS
button bug).

This bug (2 bugs in reality) affect various and mostly kde (and other) applications, and probably gnome too. In certain case, in konqueror, it's possible i think to delete directory by error by a "bad right clicking/validating menu 'delete directly' without confirmation" too fastly, it's too a possible case of "big" problem (sécurity?).
