The right and left keyboard arrows does not work properly in RTL mode. When the right arrows is pressed the cursor goes to the left and when the left arrow is pressed the cursor goes right.

Way to reproduce this bug.

1- open kwrite or Notes plasmoid in RTL mode.
2- paste this text
