[Uml-user] No code generation menu nor setting button, nor language support

I get the same result with RedHat 8.0 and Gnome 2. The Code generation
is not possible if umbrello is installed to /opt directory. I use this
directory for stuff I do not add via rpm. It will work if it is
installed to /usr.
