So I have a brand-new installation of KNOPPIX, and I ran GAIM, but the
fonts were too small. So even though I'm using kde, I  installed
gnome-control-center.<br>
Once I installed it, and ran it the first time, GAIM's fonts were the
correct size (without changing anything), but now umbrello's fonts are
too big.<br>

There is some kind of strange conflict with umbrello and gnome's fonts.<br>
