With version 2.4.5 it is not possible to change the settings of umbrello.
>From the menu -> Preferences -> Umbrello Config -> Class -> Change the "Show
only public" -> then press "Apply", nothing happens. The preferences remains
unchanged

Preferences are not changed.

Expected Results:  
Preferences should change after setting it.
