files need to be backed up to restore the collection to a new system?<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>As Bruno mentioned, the location for the images is configurable, and if there are many in the collection, it's more efficient to have them saved separately from inside the .tc file. You can create a .tc data file that does include all the images by the File->Export->as Zip command. That file can then be copied to a new system, or used for backup purposes. When you re-open it with Tellico, if you hav it configured to save the images elsewhere, Tellico will then extract them from the data file.</div><div><br></div><div>Robby </div></div></div>
