Seems taglib FileRef api crashes in cases it hits files it cannot open<br>
(whether that's due to permissions or non-existing at least). I looked<br>
through the api documentation for any assumptions or guaranties wrt<br>
readability, without success.<br>
<br>
So, is this a bug/oversight in taglib or in calling applications?<br>
