<div dir="ltr">Hi,<div><br></div><div style>I'm loading dynamically libtag.dll from Free Pascal compiler. I compiled taglib using MinGW. When I load libtag.dll I get error that it can't find mingw libs like libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll etc. Can I configure make and cmake to solve these dependencies? I know that I can add mingw to enviromnent path, but I would like deploy my application without those libs.</div>
